After turning sixty, I realised that staying healthy is not only about food or exercise. It is about feeling well in every part of life. Walking, mindful eating and simple self care have helped me stay strong, positive and full of energy. My own experience of losing weight, finding balance and embracing the changes that come with age inspired me to share what I have learned with other women over sixty.
I believe that growing older can be a beautiful stage of life. With steady daily habits, a healthy mindset and a little grace, we can feel more confident and more vibrant than we ever expected. My approach is gentle and realistic. There are no extremes and no quick fixes. Just practical steps that any woman can take to feel better in her everyday life.
Through Gracefully Healthy Living, my aim is to inspire women to rediscover their strength, joy and self confidence. Whether you want to walk more, eat well or simply take a moment for yourself, you deserve to feel good each day.
I live in the south of the Netherlands with my husband. I love walking and often reach ten kilometres a day. I enjoy cooking healthy meals, decorating my home with flowers and plants, and spending time with my children and grandchildren. I believe it is never too late to learn, grow and feel alive at any age.
